Andrew believes a key feature of the Noetic business model is the commitment to delivering a great outcome for clients—an applicable solution to any problem that will have real impact for the organization. He is also a firm believer in the Noetic approach to working with clients, not to come in and ‘reinvent the wheel’. “We are not going to come in and as consultants start from scratch on a problem. We work with clients and build on what they already have. It delivers a much more sustainable solution.”
