With more than 20 years’ experience in consulting and business development in Australia and the Pacific, Charles effectively highlights Noetic’s interdisciplinary approach throughout the competitive bid submission process.

Charles is responsible for managing and developing Noetic’s capability in bid submissions across the company. Charles takes a holistic approach to the competitive tender process and believes in the importance of an interdisciplinary approach to identifying solutions to our client’s needs. Charles believes that the success of Noetic’s business model is collaboration and engagement with clients to articulate their needs and develop solutions that deliver results.

Charles brings a broad range of skills and experience to the role and works closely with all Principals, Directors and Consultants to facilitate the bid process. He shares with Noetic a commitment to delivering bespoke solutions that deliver significant value for money to our clients.

Qualifications: Doctor of Philosophy (candidate), Bachelor of Arts Archaeology (Hons), Bachelor of Economics
Short Courses: Prince 2 Project Management Methodology – Practitioner
Memberships: Australian Institute of Project Management, Australian Institute of Company Directors
